Partners

Partner with Helm.

For freight forwarders, customs brokers and trade advisers whose clients sell to US buyers or pay suppliers abroad. You introduce the client, Helm opens and runs the account, and you share in what Helm earns.

How the partnership works.

Three steps, and nothing for you to run.

  1. 1

    Introduce a client

Send us the company's name and a contact, with the client's agreement. Their account manager takes it from there.

  2. 2

Helm opens and runs the account

One document list, an account in the client's own name and a named account manager. You never handle the client's money.

  3. 3

You share in what Helm earns

For two years from the day the account opens, you receive a share of what Helm earns on that client's payments, under a written partner agreement.

Why forwarders and brokers introduce clients.

Your clients' payment problems end up on your desk. Helm takes them off it.

Clients who are paid on time pay you on time

An exporter paid by US buyers on local account details has the dollars to settle freight and duties, without waiting on an international wire.

An account your client can keep

Helm publishes who it serves, and a held payment is explained to the client in writing within one business day. It does not become your problem.

Nothing to integrate

No platform to connect and no client money passing through your business. Helm's team deals with the client directly.

Can my own company open a Helm account?
