1. About this policy — link to this section
This policy explains how Helmpay Limited, trading as Helm, uses cookies and similar technologies on helm.business and on the Helm platform.
It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
4. What we do not use — link to this section
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social media cookies or any other non essential cookie or tracking technology on our website.
Because we set no non essential cookies, we do not display a cookie consent banner. Consent is not required for strictly necessary cookies.
If we introduce analytics or any other non essential technology, we will update this policy and will ask for your consent before those cookies are set. Consent will be sought in a way that makes accepting and rejecting equally straightforward, and you will be able to withdraw consent at any time.
5. Third party services — link to this section
We self host the typeface used on our website, so no request is made to a third party font provider and no data is shared with one when you visit.
Our website and platform are delivered through hosting and content delivery infrastructure. Those providers process technical information, including your IP address, in order to serve the site to you and to protect it against abuse. They act on our instructions under a written contract.
7. Changes to this policy — link to this section
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at helm.business/legal/cookies, and the date shown on the page indicates when it was last updated.
